Boston Restaurant Week is Coming!!

Anyone that knows me can vouch for the fact that I’m a dedicated Foodie. I love almost everything there is to do with food; prep, creation, presentation, and of course, EATING! So it isn’t a great leap when I say that I’m psyched for approaching Boston Restaurant Week (Aug 5-10 and Aug 12-17)!!!

As someone who missed it this past winter and was oblivious to this incredible two week period last year, I am making it a personal goal to visit at least a couple of the 150 Boston area restaurants participating in this Foodie holiday. For those of you that are familiar with Restaurant Week, you know that you need to book your reservations early because the locals snatch them up almost as quickly as Red Sox playoff tickets. For all of those who are just now hearing about it, I’ll sum it up for ya…

Presented by AMEX and The Greater Boston Convention Bureau, the best and hottest of Boston restaurants participate in offering the public their tasty goods for a fraction of the price over these two weeks (except weekends). We’re talking 3 course lunches for $20.07 (excludes taxes, drinks, and tip) and 3 course dinners for $33.07 across all the participating eateries.

For details on group happenings and additional special events during Boston’s Restaurant Week go to Going.com. Bon appetit!
